• Only registered paying rental guests, Owners, and their guests are permitted in common areas such as pools, spas, BBQ zones, and private villas.
• The maximum number of guests allowed in the villa is six.
• No smoking (including e-cigarettes) is permitted in the villa, on open lanais, or in common areas.
• Please do not drape towels or clothing over railings and furniture on the lanai, and do not leave overnight items such as drying racks or beach equipment.
• Vehicles must be parked in assigned stalls with a valid parking permit, and oversized vehicles should be reported to the front desk.
• Excessive noise and disturbances are not permitted to maintain the comfort of all guests.
• Trash must be tied securely before disposal; large items should be taken to designated receptacles on the ground floor.
• Recreational facilities are for the exclusive use of registered owners and guests.
• Lap Pool and Spa hours: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Lagoon Pool hours: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• BBQ Use hours: 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. - Please follow all posted instructions.
• Fitness Center hours: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

For safety, please note:

• No lifeguards are on duty; swim at your own risk.
• Only swimmers or those directly supervised by competent swimmers may enter the pools.
• Engaging in horseplay, ball throwing, or any unsafe behavior around the pools is prohibited.
• No large flotation devices or breakable items are allowed in pool areas.
• Poolside seating operates on a first-come/first-served basis; items cannot be reserved.
• It is highly recommended that children are supervised when using any fitness equipment.
